Liverpool’s proposed transfer deal will violate Premier League regulations, which could benefit Manchester United.
It’s unclear if Liverpool will be able to move forward with their intention to purchase Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili and subsequently loan him to Bournemouth, so Manchester United may have received a transfer boost.
The Daily Mirror has lately connected the Red Devils to Mamardashvili, thus it would make sense for them to go after the gifted young international from Georgia in order to replace the unimpressive Andre Onana.
🚨🔴 Liverpool have agreed personal terms with Giorgi Mamardashvili. He’s keen on the move even spending one or two years elsewhere on loan.
Bournemouth open to signing him, then he’d become #LFC new GK after Alisson.

Although Mamardashvili has been connected to Liverpool more than anybody else, Fabrizio Romano recently posted the following about the Reds wishing to recruit the 23-year-old for the future, with him spending time at Bournemouth before eventually taking Alisson’s spot as their sstarting goalkeeper.
The Athletic, however, asserts that it is illegal for a Premier League team to sign a player and then loan him out to another Premier League team, raising serious questions about Liverpool’s ability to move forward with this.
The report also states that LFC and Valencia are still in talks over Mamardashvili. However, it is evident that Valencia is demanding a high price for the player, with an asking price of approximately £38 million. It is unclear whether the Merseyside giants will agree to pay such a high amount for a player who isn’t even being considered for this season.
Mamardashvili transfer:Is it better for him to go to United than Liverpool?
Planning for the future is wise, of course, but Mamardashvili may have chosen United despite the fact that Liverpool needs fresh players who can bolster their squad right away.
Since Onana had trouble at Old Trafford the previous season, it appears more likely that Mamardashvili will start at number one for Erik ten Hag’s team rather than Alisson for Liverpool anytime soon.
