Chelsea and Eden Hazard have already reached a £47 million transfer agreement following a covert bid.
Latest Chelsea headlines from Stamford Bridge, including stories on Moises Caicedo, Christopher Nkunku, and Eden Hazard.

Eden Hazard, one of Chelsea’s best players, recently shared his updated career goals. After leaving Spain a year early, the 32-year-old made the decision not to complete his Real Madrid contract.

Hazard scored just seven goals for Madrid over the course of four years after leaving Chelsea for a fee of £125 million. Only four of those goals came in the league.

It was reported that he was thinking about ending his playing career after retiring from international football following the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

He has publicly denied making such a decision. He told Belgium’s RTBF, “I still feel capable of playing professional football; my body can handle it.”. “I still have some energy,” she exclaimed, “I’ve been sleeping for two or three years.”.

Moises Caicedo receives a boost from Chelsea twice.

Chelsea’s pursuit of Moises Caicedo, a midfielder for Brighton this summer, has gained momentum. As the first offer of the window went unnoticed by most, the Blues had a bid for the 21-year-old rejected last week, according to reports.

In May, Kendry Paez, a teammate from Ecuador, was signed by Chelsea, opening up a new door for the in-demand player. The trio all share agents from the same group, along with Nicolas Jackson of Villarreal, who is the newest transfer target.

Paez will join two years after turning 18 while Jackson is currently negotiating personal terms with Chelsea ahead of a potential £29 million move.

Christopher Nkunku done deal

Chelsea and Eden Hazard have already reached a £47 million transfer agreement following a covert bid.
Christopher Nkunku, an offensive player for RB Leipzig, has officially signed with Chelsea.
Announcing the 25-year-old’s joining the team in 2022 was delayed until the end of the current campaign, despite his agreement.

Nkunku said of his move to Chelsea, which cost about £52 million, “I am incredibly happy to be joining Chelsea. It took a lot of work to get me to the team, and I am eager to get to know my new coach and teammates as well as show the Chelsea fans what I am capable of on the field.

“After playing in the Bundesliga and Ligue 1, I now want to play in the Premier League, one of the top leagues in the world. This challenge has me incredibly pumped, and I’ll be honored to represent Chelsea while doing it. “.

This summer, Rio Ferdinand chooses a Chelsea player as his “dream” addition to Manchester United.

This summer, Rio Ferdinand chooses a Chelsea player as his "dream" addition to Manchester United.
Rio Ferdinand revealed the name of his dream Manchester United signing this summer and it turns out to be a Chelsea player.
Ferdinand spoke about the transfers on FIVE’s YouTube channel this week.

Interesting comments were made. And the former USA and England defender wants Chelsea’s Levi Colwill to arrive at Old Trafford this summer as his dream signing.

But of course we know that is highly unlikely because, as I was told and reported on my personal Substack page last week, new Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino is adamant that Colwill has a bright future in bridge. And frankly, Ferdinand even admits it.

He says: “If I could have him, my dream would be [Levi] Colwill. But I think Chelsea will keep him. I think they’ve seen how good he is now.”

And he’s absolutely right, Chelsea have seen how good he is and have every intention of not only developing him but also offering him a new contract and a key role at the club, which of course is a excellent news.

Trevoh Chalobah speaks out regarding Chelsea's future amid Inter Milan transfer links
Trevoh Chalobah has been linked with a move to Inter Milan and has spent some of his free time in Italy amid speculation over his Chelsea future

Trevoh Chalobah has left the possibility of a move to Italy open amid interest from Inter Milan, but noted his focus is on Chelsea at the moment. The Blues defender is currently on holiday in the country while Chelsea are yet to return for pre-season.

football.london understood that the 23-year-old also had to decide whether or not Milan was a suitable place to live.

It is believed that the defender was set for a meeting over a potential move to Internazionale, where a deal is being negotiated with Chelsea.

Chalobah was linked with a move from Stamford Bridge 12 months ago when, alongside Tottenham, Inter and Roma were also interested in a possible move.

The Cobham product ultimately remained in west London and was one of the most successful clubs under Graham Potter and Frank Lampard.

From today’s perspective, he will face a lot of competition in the 2023/24 season.

Chelsea will add Levi Colwill to their ranks after his loan spell at Brighton, with Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile, Thiago Silva and Kalidou Koulibaly also providing competition.

The latter could still leave the club as Mauricio Pochettino is known to bet on a back four instead of a back three. The season could be difficult for some who don’t have European football.

Regular playing time is said to be one of Chalobah’s priorities heading into EURO 2024 next season.

Trevoh Chalobah speaks out regarding Chelsea's future amid Inter Milan transfer links
The former Lorient player made 33 appearances for Les Bleus last season, mostly as a central defender. football.london are aware that Inter would have to put a lot of effort into signing him.

Speaking to Sky Sports in Milan, Chalobah was cautious about his future but praised Italy and Serie A.

He said: “Obviously you don’t know what the future holds. I also played in France when I was loaned out there, in England and you never know.”

Playing in a new destination is something the player has to experience. You don’t know what the future holds for you. Italy is a beautiful country and the Italian league is also very good. You don’t know what the future holds for you.

I’m still a Chelsea player and my focus is on Chelsea, but you never know what the future holds. I like it here in Italy, the weather is nice, the people are nice, the food is good and I enjoy my time here.

Chalobah’s future is yet to be decided, but with Pochettino set to build a new culture at Chelsea after his squad was downsized, the young defender could play a key role.

Former caretaker manager Frank Lampard has been very positive about Chalobah’s candidacy during his time at the club.

The former Chelsea midfielder said: “It was good and I appreciate what a quality player he is. The biggest picture is how he engages since I’ve been back. C It’s a pleasure to train with him every day because he comes with enthusiasm.

He’s easy to deal with and when you talk about the things you want he tries to implement them on the pitch – which is a good thing.”
