Former Liverpool midfielder Paul Ince has revealed the two players he believes should replace Mohamed Salah at Anfield.

The Egyptian has been linked with a summer move after being associated with the Saudi Pro League, but he appears likely to stay on Merseyside, with the 32-year-old all but confirming his plans for next season via social media.
Salah’s future, however, remains uncertain beyond next season, as his contract expires in 2025 and no negotiations for a new deal have begun.
Even if the winger signs a new contract with the Reds that extends his stay beyond next summer, Liverpool will eventually need to replace Salah.
Former Red Ince, who played 81 games for Liverpool, believes there are two ideal successors to Salah’s reign at Anfield, both of whom are presently playing in the Premier League.
Paul Ince names dream Mohammed Salah replacement.
Speaking with Bet365 about Salah’s future, Ince stated that both West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus and Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Pedro Neto would be ideal alternatives for the Egyptian king.
“I think two players could replace Mohamed Salah at Liverpool,” said Ince. “Michael Olise [of Crystal Palace] is a really good kid; he has the potential to be a world-class player, but I believe he needs another year at Palace to play consistent football week in and week out. “Mohammed Kudus of West Ham is one of the two guys I would choose when they are playing well. I think he’s pretty good.

“My favourite is Pedro Neto from Wolves. If he can avoid injuries, I believe this kid has the potential to be world-class.
I honestly, truly do. “So I hope he spends a lot of time in Portugal during the Euros because he is incredible.” If Salah goes, I’ll go for Neto. I know the Wolves [fans] won’t appreciate hearing that from an ex-Wolves player, but those are the two options I’d consider.”
Both of Ince’s preferred candidates have already been linked with Liverpool, with transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reporting the Reds’ interest in Wolves’ Neto.
There have also been suggestions of Liverpool’s interest in West Ham star Kudus, although the Ghana international’s release clause could cost the Reds a stunning £85 million.
