Van Dijk responded to the criticism in a composed manner, but legendary Liverpool player Thompson was not impressed. Reacting negatively to Keane’s remarks, he told the former United player to ‘get a life’.

Liverpool ready to recall centre-back in January following ZERO loan games

In the January transfer window, Liverpool is anticipated to complete the first of possibly numerous recalls, bringing an early stop to Rhys Williams’ Aberdeen loan.
