Liverpool have reportedly made OGC Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram their new transfer priority, with the 22-year-old open to a move to Anfield.
According to L’Equipe, the Reds have identified the France international as their next big step in the market by signing Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton & Hove Albion, with Thuram seen by many as the perfect addition to Liverpool this summer.
Thuram was one of the most decisive players in Europe last season and has now made his mark with the France team. The Premier League appears to be the midfielder’s next step after he became a star at Nice over the past 12 months.
Thuram, a youngster described as “perfect” by RMC Sport journalist Alex Jaquin, has been hailed for his all-around game and physical physique. And for Liverpool, making midfield their new priority could be a great move
In fact, Jurgen Klopp could use a versatile midfielder who is also learning the basics of the game. And in Thuran, the Liverpool boss already has the perfect target in mind to fill that role for the Merseyside giants which could be filled in the years to come.

Thuram is well on his way to becoming a superstar after an incredible year at Nice and breaking into the France squad.

The player, who has “said yes” to a move to Anfield, is said to have Jürgen Klopp “amazed” by his potential. The fact that Jörg Schmadtke has experience working with the 22-year-old and is familiar with him could be an advantage for the Reds.
The Bundesliga star seems like a solid option, with plenty of potential and the ability to fit right into the team, according to Liverpool .
