The first transfer of the summer is expected to be made by Liverpool. According to reports, Liverpool is getting closer to revealing their summer acquisition.
With the transfer market open, teams all around the continent have been putting in endless hours to bolster their rosters.
But, Anfield has seen little action thus far, with Liverpool being the only Premier League team without any new additions.
Players like Adrian, Thiago Alcantara, and Joel Matip left the team after the season.
They have since been connected to people like Goncalo Inacio, Adrien Rabiot, Leny Yoro, and Anthony Gordon.
Rio Ngumoha’s deal with Liverpool is expected to be finalised on Tuesday night, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
“Liverpool are finally set to complete the PL 5 step investigation process for Rio Ngumoha to join the club,” he posted on social media.

Dominik Szoboszlai’s strike last week gave Liverpool the lead over Real Betis as they began their preseason tour of the United States 1-0.
“I think there were a few positive things and, of course, a few things we have to improve,” Reds manager Arne Slot stated following the game.
The fact that we preserved a clean sheet, nevertheless, is a plus. We only really gave up one significant opportunity, which I believe occurred in the final ten minutes of play.
“We really controlled the game and in between we had a few good attacks where we created a few good chances and scored a good goal,” the Dutchman continued. Those were the advantages in this match.
Liverpool’s next match is against Arsenal on Wednesday, and then this weekend they play Manchester United.

Liverpool is working on several deals, as negotiations continue in the coming days
Klopp was not allowed to spend the enormous sums of money that Chelsea and Manchester City, his competitors, could afford while he was at the club.
As a result, unlike rivals Man City, who are replete with talent, Liverpool now have a tiny pool of elite players and few squad choices that may affect a game.
In order to expand on Klopp’s efforts, Mohamed Salah, 32, and Virgil Van Dyke, 33, will need to be replaced as soon as possible.
Liverpool’s title challenge from the previous season collapsed as they lost five of their last eight Premier League games, including a 2-0 loss to Everton, their local rivals.
