Liverpool to extend youngstar contract PRIOR to Arne Slot even glancing at him

Conor Bradley’s future has already been decided by Liverpool, even before Arne Slot has visited the team and evaluated the player.

Liverpool is reportedly prepared to extend a deal to Conor Bradley, according to Teamtalk. Despite a wage increase in December, the 20-year-old is among the lowest paid members of the Reds’ starting lineup.

Liverpool therefore wants to give him a long-term contract that will most likely come with a big salary increase.

It’s noteworthy in especially because it seems like they made this judgement before Arne Slot had a chance to examine Bradley. It implies that Slot has not been involved in the situation at all, or that he is just accepting everything he has observed from a distance.

Naturally, Slot has been appointed head coach by Liverpool instead of manager. One of the differences is that he has very little control over things like transfers and contracts.

Following his departure from the Reds, Jurgen Klopp confirms the destination of the Liverpool man.

Just before John Achterberg leaves Liverpool this summer, Jurgen Klopp revealed where he will be going next.

Several employees are departing Liverpool this summer, including John Achterberg. He joined the Reds as a youth goalkeeping coach and has been a part of the team for fifteen years.

He was elevated to a first-team role by Kenny Dalglish back in 2011, and he has remained in that capacity ever since. It’s time to move on, though, as a new era at Anfield begins.

And in case you missed it, Jurgen Klopp, who is also departing, has disclosed Achterberg’s destination. In fact, it appears that he will be connecting with several well-known people.

Achterberg is going to Al-Ettifaq in Saudi Arabia, according to Klopp. Naturally, that is the team that Steven Gerrard plays for and was previously Jordan Henderson’s.

Henderson eventually left the team midway through the season, but Gini Wijnaldum remains as the team’s captain and a former Red.

JOHN ACHTERBERG HEADS TO SAUDI ARABIA

With his work with Liverpool, it’s highly likely that Achterberg will receive a large salary here—that’s the Saudi way, after all. This will allow him to work with someone he knows and get paid.
