According to BILD, the Reds are considering Sane as a possible successor for their Egyptian star should he depart. The 28-year-old, who previously played four years at Manchester City and has 67 caps for Germany, could return to England if Bayern opts not to renew his contract. “I have been at the club 20 years now and I have signed four or five contract extensions… and none of those have been played out in public,” Alexander-Arnold told Sky Sports. “This one won’t be either.”
