The star of Liverpool, Mohamed Salah, has brought attention to a few of his teammates. He believes the skill sets of two in particular are underappreciated and underappreciated.
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is no stranger to feeling undervalued. Although he has been adored at Anfield since his incredible first season, he has occasionally struggled to receive more attention and has never placed higher than fifth in the Ballon d’Or rankings.

Salah has only lately been spared from arguments contrasting him with “prime Eden Hazard” or other glaringly inferior opponents; in many areas, the recognition of Salah as a legitimate Premier League legend has come with some reluctance. Maybe it is the curse of consistency, since the Egyptian has not produced a truly’stand-out’ campaign since that first year back on English soil, despite consistently putting up world-class performances over a period of years.
Still, Salah gets his fair share of recognition for his contributions to the current Liverpool squad. Additionally, he has identified a few teammates that merit greater recognition.
Above all, it is evident that the Liverpool camp is aware of the agitation surrounding Darwin Núñez. Salah has emphasised that the stuff we all watch eventually finds its way back to the players, even if it’s easy to overlook this.
Darwin is crucial to us, he stated through the ECHO. “He plays in a really nice style and creates room for us.
“I’m not sure whether the fans truly appreciate Cody’s game, so they don’t get credit for it. However, he is an extremely astute player. I think his style of thinking is excellent. He asks a lot of questions since he is a curious young man.”
It’s simple to overlook Gakpo’s relative youth as a player. More significantly, he hasn’t been at the top for very long, and it will probably take some getting used to the move up from the Eredivisie.
Additionally, Jürgen Klopp has made a number of requests of the Dutchman. Gakpo has more frequently featured in the Roberto Firmino role, even going back into the left wing position where he excelled for PSV.
Additionally, Jürgen Klopp has made a number of requests of the Dutchman. Gakpo has performed well for PSV when playing in the left wing position, although he has mostly filled the Roberto Firmino role and has even been known to return to midfield on occasion.
Therefore, it seems sense that his followers haven’t yet witnessed the pinnacle of his performance. Salah, though, is undeniably talented, and that alone should say a lot.
Liverpool.com states: The entire Liverpool front line failed to display a merciless streak against Manchester United, drawing criticism from players like Gakpo, Salah, and Núñez. However, between them, they have carried a large portion of the team’s goal-scoring load this season, supporting a treble attempt that is still in the running.
It says a lot that Salah holds his less experienced colleagues in such high regard. All fans need to do is be patient and let Núñez and Gakpo to reach their best at their own pace.
