Paulo Ferreira now urges Chelsea to go and sign the 23-year-old this summer because he has “enormous talent.”.

Paulo Ferreira, a former defender for Chelsea and current employee, has argued that this summer, Chelsea should make a big effort to secure the long-term services of Joao Felix.
