Before traveling to face Bournemouth, Chelsea has added Romeo Lavia as the final injury to their lengthy list.

The 19-year-old midfielder joined from Southampton last month but has not yet played.
After twisting his ankle during the international break, Chelsea claims he is being “assessed for an injury.”.

Lavia joins the list of spectators that also includes Benoit Badiashile, Armando Broja, Christopher Nkunku, Reece James, Wesley Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka, Trevoh Chalobah, and Marcus Bettinelli.

While Badiashile and Broja are nearing full health, they won’t play against Bournemouth.
Instead, they are scheduled to make a comeback against Aston Villa the following week.

Chelsea only has four points from their first four games, but they’ll probably stick with their tried-and-true 4-2-3-1 formation.

Mauricio Pochettino is pleased with how his team has played and believes that only minor adjustments need to be made in order for them to start picking up more victories.

Malo Gusto, Axel Disasi, Thiago Silva, and Levi Colwill will make up the back four, with Robert Sanchez continuing in goal.

Conor Gallagher, Enzo Fernandez, and Moises Caicedo will make up Chelsea’s standard midfield trio. Raheem Sterling, Nicolas Jackson, and Ben Chilwell will make up a front three as well.

Predicted Chelsea starting XI: Sanchez; Gusto; Disasi; Thiago Silva; Colwill; Enzo; Caicedo; Sterling; Gallagher; Chilwell; Jackson.
