John Terry admits he regretted the way he treated Mohamed Salah when the Liverpool star was at Chelsea

Terry played alongside Mohamed Salah during their time at Chelsea

John Terry has described Mohamed Salah’s Chelsea struggles as a personal regret after seeing the Egyptian become a huge success at Liverpool.

Salah has endured a difficult two years at Stamford Bridge, managing just two goals and four assists in 19 appearances in all competitions.
Salah was among the players who struggled with the Londoners but have since gone on to taste success away from West London, one of which includes Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne.

De Bruyne went in search of first-team opportunities – joining Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg – where he eventually earned a return to the Premier League.

Salah’s journey to the English top flight saw him spend time in Serie A with Fiorentina and AS Roma before joining Jurgen Klopp’s side, where he has since scored 194 more goals than he managed in London.

Terry, who was captain at Stamford Bridge during Salah’s time at Chelsea, admitted there was “no chance” during Salah’s time in the capital that they could have predicted the success the former London duo have had.
    I liked it.

“It’s my only disappointment as a captain because I think I adapted over time.
When those guys were there, I was probably very strong and very disciplined in the group,” he said on the Obi One podcast.

That was most likely the first indication that they needed a sit down and an arm around their shoulder. Could I have perhaps assisted them in becoming comfortable? I regret being captain because I’m disappointed in myself, especially in light of the peaks that those two players [De Bruyne and Salah] have reached.

John Terry admits he regretted the way he treated Mohamed Salah when the Liverpool star was at Chelsea

“I wouldn’t have said they would reach the level they are now (when they were at Chelsea), even if they had no chance.

If all the players arrived foreign or English and didn’t speak the language, they had a 20-word document with translated football terms like “man on”, “let it go”, “one-two”.

“, so that when they were on the training field they understood that they knew the terminology,” Terry continued.

    “I think I did everything I could.
When those guys arrived, I did everything I could to help them settle in. Once they crossed the white line on the field, I was probably too harsh even for them.”

News on Liverpool’s squad as Luis Diaz makes a decision amid seven changes for the match against Nottingham Forest

Liverpool's Team news for Premier League match at Anfield vs Nottingham Forest.

Seven changes have been made by Jurgen Klopp for Liverpool's Premier League match against Nottingham Forest at Anfield (14.00 GMT).

Luis Diaz is not on the Reds' roster, which is hardly surprising. Having been benched for the Europa League victory over Toulouse earlier this week, the winger is not engaged in the kidnapping of his parents, who were abducted in his native Colombia. While Diaz's mother has been saved, it's uncertain if his father has been located yet.

Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota retain their attacking positions, as Mo Salah returns to the starting lineup. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ryan Gravenberch are the other two players that continue in the starting lineup. Virgil van Dijk, Kostas Tsimikas, Ibou Konate, Alexander-Arnold, and Alisson Becker are the members of the defence.

Dominik Szboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister partner Gravenberch in midfield. If Liverpool wins, they will catch up to Premier League leaders Tottenham by three points.

CHELEA NEWS – The former defender, who has become coach John Terry, is finally sitting on the cards for his big management break with a move to the Saudi Pro League.

The legend of Chelsea John Terry will make his first breakthrough in managers, because the recent reports claim that he could win his first major work.

It has been almost five years since the defender withdrew from professional football, most of which have spent on the Stamford bridge with the Blues.
During his stay in the club, Terry became a captain and obtained a large number of trophies that consolidated his status as an icon.

The 42 -year -old man won five Premier League titles, five FA cups, three League Cup, a Champions League and a Europa League on a spell that lasted almost 20 years. After his time at Chelsea, Terry moved to Aston Villa, where he eventually worked as a manager.

CHELEA NEWS - The former defender, who has become coach John Terry, is finally sitting on the cards for his big management break
A stint as assistant manager alongside Dean Smith saw the Villans return to the Premier League before the manager was sacked. He briefly returned to Chelsea, then reunited with Smith at the end of last season to try to save Leicester City from relegation.

After that term ended, Terry returned to Cobham, where he has since coached the Academy. That is about to change, however, which will be a major blow to the club and its coaching staff if recent reports are to be believed.

The Sun reported that Terry was set to start his coaching career with Saudi club Al-Shabab FC amid ongoing transfer talks. The former England international is said to have verbally accepted a formidable offer which will see him join Steven Gerrard as manager of the division.

This continues the Saudi Pro League’s massive recruitment campaign, as many clubs have been taken over by the Kingdom’s Public Investment Fund, including Newcastle United.
They invested heavily in the country’s sports infrastructure to attract big stars, and there was a lot of criticism in some quarters claiming it was sports lingerie.

Reece James now responds inaudibly to what Chelsea did just before deadline.

Fabrizio Romano says “smart deal by Liverpool” was one of the most surprising transfers of the summer
Reece James responded to the news that Callum Hudson-Odoi, a recent academy graduate, had left Chelsea on social media.

One of the first team’s longest-tenured players was transferred to Premier League team Nottingham Forest, and he left a single sad emoji comment on the former player’s Instagram.

After a long summer of rumors that he would be moving on, Hudson-Odoi’s departure from the club was finally confirmed yesterday.

Last season, they tried one last loan to the Bundesliga in an effort for him to regain the form that helped him break into the team in the first place.

However, under Xabi Alonso, things did not go well, and he actually left Bayer Leverkusen before his loan was supposed to end.

When Hudson-Odoi sold, James was devastated.

Under Mauricio Pochettino, a path back to the first team appeared to be very difficult to see.
He wasn’t a part of the team that traveled to the US for the preseason tour.

Many Premier League teams were rumored to be interested in signing the player, but Forest sealed the deal for a pittance.

James expressed his regret over Hudson-Odoi’s departure on his former teammate’s Instagram story.
James and Hudson-Odoi were friends for many years as they progressed through the academy.

The attacker might not have to wait long, though, as Chelsea is scheduled to play Forest in the league today.

Cole Palmer might make his debut for his new team during this game as Chelsea looks to extend its winning streak at home in the Premier League.

The Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk provides a four-word update on his injury.
The 22-year-old could play for the Blues this weekend if he returns from injury.

Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk has announced he is back in training after picking up a minor injury ahead of the Blues’ game against Luton Town last weekend.

The 22-year-old was criticized for his poor performances in Chelsea’s first two games of the season against Liverpool and West Ham, failing to make a huge impact in either game.

However, he was ruled out of the Luton game with a training injury and Pochettino admitted he was disappointed Mudryk missed the game against the Hatters.

“I think he might need a few days to recover,” Pochettino said. “He won’t be available. Very disappointed with the situation, he played against West Ham for 45 minutes.

“He is a player we hope to help play the way he thinks he can. Disappointed, but at the same time it’s not a big deal. Maybe a week or a few days.”

Mudryk also missed AFC Wimbledon in the Blues’ 2-1 win in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night, as the Ukraine international was left out of the match-day squad.

But the star is on his way back, having shared on his Instagram story a photo of him and teammate Malo Gusto in training and sharing a hug. He finally tagged the France international with a blue heart emoji, with Mudryk captioning the post: “Happy to be back.” He could be part of Pochettino’s squad when the Blues play Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

When Mason Mount leaves Chelsea for Manchester United, John Terry and Didier Drogba react. In response to Mason Mount’s video announcing his impending move to Manchester United this summer, a number of celebrities, including John Terry and Didier Drogba, have sent him a message.

Several former and current Chelsea players have commented on Mason Mount’s departure from the team this summer in anticipation of his move to rival Manchester United.
After months of lingering doubt about his future, the 24-year-old’s saga appears to be finally coming to a close.

The possibility of a sale during this transfer window increased because Mount has only one year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge and an extension deal seems unlikely. Despite a large number of interested parties, Manchester United appeared to be the only team to bid.

Numerous offers were rejected, including the “final” offer of £55 million, which the two clubs revisited during tense negotiations that resulted in an understanding. In the neighborhood of £60 million, according to what London knows. It’s now just a matter of making the announcement since the move is almost certainly happening, but Mount first wanted to address the fans.

When Mason Mount leaves Chelsea for Manchester United, John Terry and Didier Drogba react.
He announced his decision to leave Chelsea in a video posted to Instagram, saying: “Given the speculation over the last six months this may not come as a surprise to you, but it doesn’t make it any easier to tell you. I wanted to personally express my gratitude to you for all of your support over the past 18 years because I felt that you deserved more than just a written thank you note.

“I know some of you won’t agree with my choice, but it’s what’s best for me at this point in my career. I joined Chelsea when I was six years old, and since then, we’ve been through a lot together, including winning the Youth Cup, my Player of the Year awards, the Super Cup, the Club World Cup, and of course the unforgettable Champions League victory night. I hope the best for you. “.

While some current players from the team, like Reece James and Marc Cucurella, have expressed their feelings regarding the England international’s departure, so have some former players. Another prince is leaving the club of his life, Didier Drogba captioned a video he reposted. Thank you, and best wishes to you, guys.

Although official confirmation from Manchester United regarding the completion of the deal is still pending, an announcement is anticipated in the coming hours.

Surprise Chelsea transfer rumour: “Arsenal hijack,” “the ideal Pochettino player,” and “free agent”

Surprise Chelsea transfer rumour: "Arsenal hijack," "the ideal Pochettino player," and "free agent"

Before September 1st, the transfer window is expected to take many unexpected turns, and Chelsea still has a lot of business to take care of.

The transfer period is currently open, and Chelsea has been active. The Blues still plan to bid farewell to players like Hakim Ziyech, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Christian Pulisic after having seen a large number of them leave west London.

Andrey Santos and Malo Gusto are two new players who are training with the squad for the first time for Mauricio Pochettino’s team. Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson will also be joining the team soon. The expectation is that more will do so.

Moises Caicedo, Gabri Veiga, Angelo Gabriel, and Matheus Franca, to name a few, are just a small portion of the players with whom Chelsea has been associated, but the Blues have demonstrated the capacity to close a deal quietly in the past. Carney Chukwuemeka unexpectedly left Aston Villa last summer, and his transfer was a big one for the Premier League.

Can they accomplish it again this summer? football. As a pleasant surprise for Pochettino, London’s Chelsea writers conjure up some surprising transfers that might show up at the Blues’ door.

    Scott Trotter

The Aurelien Tchouameni transfer train should now be restarted. Real Madrid made sure the Blues were the Frenchman’s final destination when he returned in the summer of 2022, ensuring that the saga never quite reached its conclusion for the Blues.

Therefore, ears must perk up when Chelsea needs a midfielder and there is talk that the 23-year-old could leave the Bernabeu this summer, with teams like Arsenal interested. The Blues have already demonstrated over the past year that they are willing to put together a deal that can outbid their London rivals.

Surprise Chelsea transfer rumour: "Arsenal hijack," "the ideal Pochettino player," and "free agent"
The investment, however, was substantial in Tchouameni. While Tchouameni would in many ways offer the same flexibility as Enzo Fernandez, with the ability to reclaim the ball in deep positions or show more attacking tendencies as a box-to-box eight, it feels like he could have the quality to help form an exciting partnership.

However, this would be another deal that could excite the fanbase. Chelsea are already planning to spend a lot of money on Moises Caicedo, who is undoubtedly a talented player who has demonstrated his ability to fit in in the Premier League.

    Tom Coley.

Taking real cues from Mauricio Pochettino’s prior tactical work, Chelsea could use a right winger who prefers to play inside, is very careful with possession, but offers enough flashy risk and ball skill to open the tightest of defenses.

As examples, consider Dele Alli’s brief stints as a wide midfielder or Christian Eriksen’s position off the right side for Tottenham in a 4-2-3-1. Both players are right-footed, but with full-back overlapping and bombing, a player who can come inside easily would be a huge asset.

Hakim Ziyech is the Chelsea option right now, but he is 30 years old and, by his own admission, is dealing with a knee injury. The 30-year-old is the only other naturally right-handed player in the lineup and will not be at Chelsea in any capacity in 2019. Raheem Sterling can play there, but Noni Madueke is the preferred option and is not a typical Pochettino player.

It’s not to say that Pochettino won’t value and admire Madueke, but when it comes to dependable widemen based in London, Michael Olise is difficult to ignore.

    Bobby Vincent

He is the contemporary Ziyech. He is a young option that wouldn’t cost the world or, to be honest, He has speed, an eye for a pass, jinxing ball control, and unnerving amounts of confidence. He’s regarded as fantastic according to football.London.

The best players Chelsea has recently acquired have either been homegrown or surprisingly affordable, not record-breaking, bank-breaking, mortgage-needing attackers. With a connection to London and dazzling uncertainty, Olise would fit Pochettino and his team’s age range.
