Live release of Liverpool Premier League fixtures: Reds will have a challenging 2023–24 campaign.

After a disappointing 2022–23 season, Liverpool will be looking to start the following year strong as they attempt to compete with Manchester City in another title matchup.

Liverpool under Jurgen Klopp had a terrible season after coming so close to winning the quadruple but losing in the Champions League.

However, the Reds will take some consolation from their successful finish to the 2022–2023 season as they aim to return to the title race the following year.

The last-ditch attempt by Klopp’s team to knock Manchester United and Newcastle out of the final two top-four spots narrowly failed. But their seven-game winning streak will have increased confidence and optimism around Anfield that they can make a big comeback in August.

There have probably never been so many potential Liverpool transfer targets to watch for Jurgen Klopp.

Impressively, of the players whose teams ranked in the bottom ten of La Liga’s league table for average aggregate possession according to FBref, only one player has scored more across both stats than Veiga in Kang-in Lee.

And this is an important factor to consider, as players who play on teams with more ball possession will always average more dribblers and progressive passes, as well as more touches.

If media reports are to be believed, Liverpool is moving quickly to acquire Arda Guler from Fenerbahce during the summer transfer window.
