Declan Rice and Harry Kane are linked, so Manchester United sends transfer instructions to Arsenal and Chelsea.

Chelsea and Arsenal have been briefed on their clear transfer competition this summer as Luke Shaw proposes Manchester United option.
Luke Shaw sent a huge message to two of England’s and London’s biggest stars during an international shoot.
The left-back was part of the Three Lions squad that helped Gareth Southgate secure a third qualifying group win for Euro 2024 by beating Malta 4-0.
Now he’s spent some time luring two of his teammates with sneaky tips on social media. After starting Friday alongside Harry Kane and Declan Rice, he took to the internet to persuade them to move up to the Premier League.
Both players are among transfers to look forward to before the summer, with Rice expected to leave West Ham before his contract expires. He has strong interest from Arsenal, who have already turned down a massive £80m ($102.5m) offer for him.
The 24-year-old has been reluctant to leave the club that offered him the chance to play professional football, but all signs point to a move still likely. “I think it should be [Rice’s last game for West Ham].

We promised him he can go. He has decided to continue,” said Hammers chairman David Sullivan after the Europa Conference League final.
“You can’t ask for a man who has been more committed to us this season. In due course he will have to move on and we need to find a replacement, or replacements.”
“It’s not something we want to happen. We offered him £200,000 a week 18 months ago. He refused. It cost him £10m to stay at West Ham during that time (in lost wages). And he wants to go. You can’t keep a player who doesn’t want to be there.”
However, they will continue to hold a huge fee for the player and could still land offers of £100m ($124m) or more, with Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Manchester City still in contention to sign him.
Manchester United was an initial option for Rice, but he has since moved down the pecking order after being the latest to renew his midfield. The addition of Casemiro and Christian Eriksen have strengthened their squad and Rice is now less needed.
However, Shaw is taking matters into his own hands, writing on Instagram: “Carrington tour [eyes emoji]” along with photos of him with Rice and Kane as they got down to business ahead of the game against North Macedonia at Old Trafford.

It will be the first time in over 16 years that England have played at the stadium and Wembley will be used for Harry Styles’ Love on Tour concert.
Meanwhile, Shaw used this to his advantage, seemingly sending an order to his club to retrieve the pair.
As for England captain Kane, there is a lot of interest as his contract has been running for 12 months and many clubs are circulating to take advantage of it.
Chelsea are persuading him to see Mauricio Pochettino again and haven’t given up hope of signing Rice either.
However, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and the Red Devils seem to be the best suitors for Kane. With their financial clout and offer of Champions League football, they have a distinct advantage, but United are said to be reluctant to move forward with a deal.
With the arrival of Daniel Levy and other options in the forwards department and additional distractions in goalkeeping and midfield, the 29-year-old could stay in north London for another season. What is clear is that Shaw is doing his best to shake things up.
